On October 22, 2016, we had the pleasure of catering Derrick & Brent’s wedding at the Louisville Water Tower. We so enjoyed working with these two wonderful gentleman to help make their day special. Their vision and style were on point. They accentuated the space with blues and whites, which complemented the look of the Water Tower. We designed the space to feel like an
upscale cocktail party with a mixture of traditional round seated tables and hightop tables. The ceremony was in front of the building, which made an amazing backdrop for their very meaningful ceremony. When Derrick sang to Brent a surprise during the ceremony, there wasn’t a dry eye in the group! They began the reception with an appetizer station and cocktails from a chic 
water bar. Later in the evening, we opened a live quesadilla bar with Chef Bruce making chorizo & black bean as well as lamb quesadillas with lots of toppings from which to choose. The dessert options were plentiful as they had chocolate chip cookies, a three-tiered cake and an incredible candy spread from the Sweet Spot Candy Shop. The evening was so special and well-designed and we wish Derrick & Brent all the happiness in their future together!
