December 2015 Feature Menu: Butternut Squash

This month, we are featuring butternut squash in our specials. As winter sets upon us, the amount of locally-sourced vegetables we can get diminishes, so we learn to appreciate those we still have. Butternut squash is definitely one of them! It can be enjoyed a variety of ways which we are demonstrating here. This Portuguese red blend is a rich, velvety complement to both the creamy butternut squash soup and the beef mole entrée. Enjoy a bottle and toast to the holidays and all the wonderful things that 2015 has brought us!
