Katie & Tim’s Wedding | March 19, 2016

Katie & Tim's Wedding

On Saturday, March 19, Katie & Tim got married at Copper & Kings. This is a brandy distillery in the Butchertown neighborhood which has several event spaces mixed in with their brandy-making equipment. It’s a beautifully renovated building with great light, an awesome sky deck and exposed brick. Katie & Tim were so great to work with- relaxed, laid back and focused on having a fun night. Their ceremony was on the 2nd floor of the building and afterwards, everyone went up to the 3rd floor to enjoy cocktails & appetizers on the sky deck. We served several yKatie & Tim's receptionummy apps – our famous guacamole, fresh scallop ceviche & fritters with chorizo, butternut squash & goat cheese. The bar offered several great wines and beers along with a cocktail featuring Copper & Kings brandy. Everyone came back to the second floor for the remainder of the reception where we opened up the taco bar. This was a build your own taco situation – with a meat and veg choice along with tons of great toppings to spice them up. There were Please & Thank You chocolate chip cookies (world famous cookies!) at everyone’s seat along with a sweets table reminiscent of the 1950’s with classic chocolates and candy.  Katie, Tim & their guests danced long into the night, pumped up with good food, cookies & great drinks. We were honored to have been part of such a wonderful day!
