We have already successfully completed our 2011 New Year’s resolution : give the dining room a facelift! With new chairs, new carpet, and a whole new color scheme reflected on the walls, you may not even recognize the place! Our regulars have come in and almost walked out until Tracy, our wonderful assistant manager, greets them with a friendly reminder of where they are. Inspired by the colors of mulato chilies and jicama (both ingredients common in many of our dishes) the walls and ceiling create a warm, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, in which to enjoy Chef Bruce’s Mayan delights.
