November 2017 Features: Butternut Squash

This month, we are featuring butternut squash in all of our special dishes. As the nights get cooler and the days get shorter, our veggie supply shrinks a bit as well. Hearty vegetables like squashes & potatoes still do very well though! We love butternut squash’s versitility, which we are showing here as it’s prepared as a soup, a fritter as well as a side dish. This yummy cocktail is a take on an old fashioned with a chile kick at the end.
