Every Monday evening from June – August, we feature a different local farm by offering specials that showcase their freshest produce, meats & cheeses. For us, this is the height of farm to table cooking – vegetables literally in the ground on Monday morning and on your plate Monday night.

We have just completed our 3rd summer in a row of these wonderful dinners. Some of the highlights on the menus were Stone Cross Farm albondigas (meatballs) in a chocolate mole sauce, a roasted corn & sorrel bisque from Breaking New Grounds, and a pork belly dish in a tamarind chile barbeque sauce.  We are already looking forward to the 2012 season and what the season’s harvest will bring for us!
