Weddings & Rehearsal Dinners

 

We would be honored to be involved in your wedding or rehearsal dinner. Serving our food will make your celebration distinctive and memorable for your guests. We want to make your day go as smoothly as possible, so we offer a full range of wedding planning services along with our catering services. We are not your standard caterer. We are involved with the food, the drinks, the setup plan, the linens and glassware, the timeline for the day and much more. We even make sure that your dj is well fed.

  • Heavy Appetizers: 6-7 choices of appetizers ($24-$30/person)
  • Taco Bar + 2 apps + 1 salad + 1 side ($34/person)
  • Simple Buffet: 2 appetizers + 1 salad + 2 entrees + 1 side ($36-38/person)
  • Fancy Buffet: 2 appetizers + 1 salad + 3 entrees + 2 sides + 1 dessert ($53-59/person)
  • Plated Dinner: 3 passed appetizers + served salad + choice of 2 entrees that come with 2 sides each ($36/person)        *additional labor charges will apply to plated dinner service

Event Planning Services


We are more than happy to coordinate additional services as it relates to your event. We can subcontract rented items like tables & chairs, linens, tents, dishware, flatware and glassware as well as bartenders, florists, photographers & day-of coordination (timelines, floor plans, etc). Any services that we subcontract are subject to a 20% service charge. When vendors such as the rentals or bartender are not subcontracted through the Mayan Café, time spent coordinating these services, whether on the phone or via email, is subject to a $50/per hour consulting fee. Two hours of consulting time (including initial phone call & tasting) is included with each event for no additional charge.

*We require our clients to get their alcohol through a subcontracted bar service, rather than providing their own alcohol, even if a facility permits this.

$500 MINIMUM FOR ALL CATERING ORDERS (Mon-Sat)

  • Menu & guest count must be confirmed within 3 weeks of the event for weddings & rehearsal dinners.
  • Labor costs are added to the total based on the type of menu and size of group.
  • There is a 20% service charge on all orders.
  • All auxiliary services (ie. rentals & bartenders) coordinated are subject to the 20% service charge.
