This month, we are featuring tomatoes in all of our special dishes. This time of year, the farmer’s market tables are just covered in an array of sizes, shapes & colors of tomatoes. When they’re as fresh as they are now, you want to enjoy them in their purest form which is what our salad & soup this month are meant to do.
