September 2016 Feature Menu: Watermelon

This month, we are featuring watermelon in all of our special dishes. They are truly a farmer’s gift to us. In the blazing heat at the end of summer, there isn’t anything more refreshing to eat than watermelon. This light, fresh salad shows the flavor and texture of it, and it’s the finishing touch of this bright, citrusy ceviche. The albariño we are featuring this month is the perfect pair for anything with watermelon with its floral aromas and mineraly finish. Cheers to the end of summer!
