This month, we are featuring butternut squash in our specials. As winter sets upon us, the amount of locally-sourced vegetables we can get diminishes, so we learn to appreciate those we still have. Butternut squash is definitely one of them! It can be enjoyed a variety of ways which we are demonstrating here. This sparkling rose from Argentina is a dry, crisp delectable pair for both the fritters & shrimp. Pop open a bottle and celebrate the month of February!
