March 2019 Features: rutabega

Join us this March in celebrating rutabega! This fun little root vegetable is more versatile than you’d think, which we are showcasing this month. We recently competed in the Bourbon Classic Culinary & Cocktail Competition and one of our dishes won for best contemporary dish! We were paired with the mixologist from Evan Williams/Heaven Hill and her cocktail won for that category as did our pairing of the two. It was an awesome night! We wanted to make sure you all got a chance to enjoy this fantastic dish. Cheers, everyone!
