The best thing about the month of May is the bounty of greens that we get from our farmers – Grateful Greens, Foxhollow Farm, Heritage Harvest, Field Day Family Farm, Jackson’s Produce … we could go on. There are so many delicious things you can do with greens, and we are giving you a taste of this on our special menu for the month of May.
