SUMMER SPECIAL MENUS
Throughout the summer months this year, we have decided to pay tribute to some of those amazing fruits & vegetables our local farms are harvesting. We will be offering special menus each month that feature one category of fruit or vegetable that is seasonal during that month. The menus will consist of several dishes that all incorporate that month’s vegetable or fruit.
Here’s our proposed produce schedule :
MAY : A Spring Mix of Greens (spinach, collards, lettuces)
JUNE : Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
JULY : Summer Squash (zucchini, yellow squash, patty pan squash)
AUGUST : Corn & Tomatoes (we just couldn’t choose between these guys)
We’ll post the menus here once we concur with our farmers, and Chef Bruce gets his creative juices flowing! So check back soon!
