As we approach our 5th year anniversary, we’d like to pause for a moment to thank you for all of your support over the last five years, and even the 10 years before that as the Mayan Gypsy. We’ve had an amazing time sharing your meals with you! We appreciate that you share our vision for sustainable food and encourage our sourcing from local farms. We are so looking forward to what 2012 holds for us and this wonderful neighborhood where we are located!
To celebrate our 5-year anniversary, beginning on January 18, we will have an extra-special menu. This will include a trio of ceviches, a trio of tequilas for tasting and the Original Tok-sel. What are the Original Tok-sel, you may be asking yourself? Are they not our famous Lima Beans? Well, come in and find out! This menu will be available for a limited time only : January 18 – February 18.
