April 2017 Features: carrots
This month, we are featuring carrots in all of our special dishes. At the brink of spring, each new week brings more vegetables from our farmers. We are just now getting carrots and collard greens, both of which we are excited to feature in these specials. The KY silver carp comes from FIn Gourmet Foods in Paducah, KY, an incredible new company doing really great things. Their carp makes the most amazing ceviche, so be sure to enjoy it this month, paired with this bright, bold, crisp Chilean rose. It will transport you to a beachside spot in Peru. Cheers!
