This August, we are featuring corn in all of our specials. This food is perhaps more important to Mayan cooking than any other ingredient, so it’s only fitting we focus on it when it’s fresh from our farmers. There are so many ways to cook it, myths behind it and uses for it in Mayan culture. We have highlighted just a couple ways to prepare it in these dishes and are pairing it with this light, fresh rose wine from France. We hope you enjoy it all!
