Join us this June in celebrating beets! This earthy delight is a real favorite around here. It used to be the only vegetable Chef Bruce didn’t enjoy, until he cooked it for himself and realized there is so much to love about beets. We are serving it both hot (with the entree) and cold (in the salad) this month. Our paired wine is a delicious rose – meant to be shared with friends on a patio.
