Lyle Estill, nationally known environmental activist, coming to the Mayan Cafe!

On Thursday, September 13, at 7pm, Lyle Estill will be dining at the Mayan Cafe, and we are looking for about 10 other lucky people to join him! Estill is a nationally-recognized author and environmentalist. He is known for his work with restaurants in North Carolina – recycling cooking oil into biodiesel . He will be coming to Louisville mid-September to speak, and we are honored to welcome him at the Mayan Cafe.  The table is open to any interested guests who would love the opportunity to meet him and discuss relevant environmental issues in our community.   The dinner will consist of a limited 3 course menu and will be amenable to vegetarians or vegans.  Dinner will cost $35 + drinks, gratuity & tax.  Please call the restaurant now for reservations as seating is quite limited.
