SALAD INGREDIENTS
1/4 watermelon
1 lb buffalo mozzarella
1 handful microgreens
salt to taste
olive oil
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
1 cup plain yogurt
1 oz agave nectar
1/2 cup orange juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix dressing ingredients together and set aside
Cut watermelon & mozzarella into 1/2 – 1 inch cubes
Pour dressing over watermelon and mozzarella
Garnish with microgreens
Sprinkle salt and drizzle olive oil over salad before serving
*Add peach slices to watermelon if desired
