Join us this May in celebrating purple potatoes! Spring has finally sprung and with it comes all the fresh vegetables like ramps, asparagus, strawberries and even purple potatoes! We think purple potatoes are probably the most fun of all potatoes, so we wanted to feature them in both of our dishes this month. Our beverage director, Katherine, has come up with a delightful mezcal cocktail to complement the specials. It’s a bit smoky, with a floral undertone- quite refreshing and delicious. Cheers, friends!
