5.23.15 | Kate & Ryan’s Wedding

In May of 2015, we had the distinct honor of catering Kate & Ryan’s wedding at Copper & Kings Brandy Distillery in the Butchertown neighborhood of Louisville, KY. The day couldn’t have been more perfect to take advantage of the amazing courtyard, fire pit and third-floor terrace this space boasts.  The bride was an avid vegetarian and her husband-to-be was just as avid a meat-eater, so we got to showcase both the fresh veggies we woKate & Ryan's Weddingrk with as well as the local meats we are lucky to have access to in Kentucky. The ceremony was held in and around the fire pit in the courtyard and then followed by a cocktail hour up on the 3rd floor terrace. Kate & Ryan chose several cocktails that featured the fine spirits that Copper & Kings makes in house. Dinner was back in the courtyard with a buffet offering a great mix of meats, veggies and of course, our famous tok-sel lima beans. No dinner is complete with them. Everyone danced and drank delicious cocktails until late in the night when they gave Kate & Ryan a sparkler send-off. This couple was so laid back and amazing to work with – and all of their friends & family shared that same vibe. It was truly a wonderful day!
