Have you always had an idea for a dish that would really work on our menu? Well, this is your chance to make it happen! We are going to put one dish on our March menu that will be from a “guest chef” (ie. one of you!) Beginning February 1, email your recipes toAnne@themayancafe.com. We will select the top three dishes and give those chefs a chance to prepare their dish for Chefs Bruce & Willy. Then, we will select one recipe to feature on our March menu. So, get your ideas cooking!!
