December 2016 Features: sweet potatoes

This month, we are featuring sweet potatoes in all of our special dishes. December is full of holiday cheer so our specials are warming and hearty. This chicken tortilla soup is the essence of comfort food, filled with the rich winter vegetables we enjoy this time of year. Our fish entree is made with Asian carp, which is caught wild in the lakes of Kentucky. Recently written up in USA Today, this fish is one of the most sustainable fish to come out of the US in many, many years. It’s light and mild, similar to a cod or a bass. Pair the dish with our Bourbon Cheer cocktail and celebrate the holidays with friends and family!
