Well folks, it’s that time of the month again – the beginning of a new one! Which means we’ve rolled out a new menu. Some of the highlights this month are :
Chef’s Anniversary Dish : Foxhollow Farm ribeye steak in a mulato chile sauce with mashed local sweet potatoes & Tok-sel lima beans
*This dish is in celebration of our four year anniversary as well as the new look in the dining room. The walls are painted the colors of a mulato chile, which is why the sauce is made with these chilies! How wonderful!
White Bean Charro Soup : Earth’s Promise From organic chicken, local chorizo, local bacon, white beans & green chilies; topped with tortilla strips & sour cream
*This was the highlight of our winter wine dinner menu, and is the perfect comfort food for the cold that February will bring. Plus, that much meat? You can’t go wrong!
Buñuelos : Mexican beignets dipped in cinnamon sugar with a Duncan Farm honey-prickly pear cactus fruit syrup
*Chef Bruce warns that this dessert will become addictive. And you MUST have a hot cup of coffee with them. Or, even better, a glass of our moscatel!
Come in, starting Tuesday, February 1 to try all these delights. Call for reservations at 502.566.0651.
