This evening we welcomed Ashbourne Farms, from La Grange, Kentucky, as our featured farm. Ashbourne Farm was founded in 1937 and has shared many rich harvests with Louisvillians over the last 70+ years! This evening, we prepared a beet-infused vodka cocktail mixed with fresh cucumbers that we juiced this morning. We used Rain Organic vodka, which is made in Lexington. We had several appetizer specials, which are listed below. Ben from the farm brought his lovely wife & 2 daughters. They got a chance to go around the room, chatting with our guests and telling them about the farm. What a special night for everyone involved!
