Here are the Mayan Cafe, we are gearing up for Spring and Derby! There are several exciting events that we are pleased to be a part of during the month of April.
- Saturday April 14, Slow Food USA National Congress Event at Woodland Farm. We will be partnering with Foxhollow Farm to serve taquitos with baby carrots, hard-boiled eggs, micro-greens & French feta cheese in a pumpkin cream sauce
- Wednesday, April 25 Taste of Derby Festival with Dare to Care Food Bank. We will be serving our famous tok-sel lima beans at this wonderful pre-Derby event!
