Beginning this December, we’ll be rolling out our new beverage menu. Complete with all new wines, several new beers and some impressive cocktails, we have good reason to be seriously excited about these changes. From the Crios Limited Edition Red Blend (malbec, bonarda, tannat, syrah) to Allamand Luminis Cabernet Sauvignon to Charles & Charles Chardonnay, these wines are the perfect match for our food. Falls City Pale Ale makes an appearance on the menu as does BBC Bourbon Barrel Stout, two local favorites. We’re mixing a new Mole Manhattan, made with Mount Gay black barrel rum, 1792 Ridgemont Reserve, Carpano Antico sweet vermouth and chocolate mole bitters. It’s memorable, to say the least.
