November 2013 Feature Menu : BACON!

We’re surprised it’s taken us this long into the year to use bacon as the featured ingredient for our monthly special menu. But hey, we’re here, aren’t we?! We had to force ourselves to stop with just these three dishes because there is so much you can do with bacon. What a beautiful food! Join us this month to delight in all of these dishes – paired impeccably with the incredible Au Bon Climat Pinot Noir.
