Back by popular demand, we will be offering a vegetarian wine dinner this summer! This is our 3rd year in a row to include one (well, two, actually!) of these fun-filled nights at part of our Mayan Market Monday season. This year, our featured farmer is Pavel Ovetchkin. His farm is out on the Foxhollow land, and he has been in the business of growing delicious veggies for quite some time now. We can assure you, you will be in good hands! We will wait to decide on a menu until we get closer to the date so we know for sure what produce Pavel will have for us. Let’s hope for rain so we have plenty to choose from! We will be featuring the delicious white wines from France’s Bott Geyl vineyard.
The dinner will be 5 courses, each pair with complementing wines. The cost will be $55 / person, plus tax & tip. The dinner will begin at 6:30pm each night.
