MSN recently posted an article where they chose the best Mexican restaurant from each state in the country. And guess who they named for Kentucky?! That’s right! The Mayan Cafe. We are thrilled and honored to have been chosen. They said, “The chef’s Yucatán heritage shines through in the food at Mayan Café, an upscale farm-to-table restaurant that Zagat praises for its “elevated, seasonal touch.” Reviewer favorites include rabbit served in pumpkin-seed mole, and cochinita pibil, a slow-roasted pork dish.”
