Flynn Rehearsal Dinner

On May 19th, we catered a lively rehearsal dinner at Clayton and Crume, an artisanal leather shop located in an historic building in NULU famous for having once been the gymnasium in which Muhammad Ali trained. Guests convened in the first floor retail space to mingle over passed apps and cocktails at the permanent bar. Shortly after, they filed up to the second floor for dinner and speeches. The space looked absolutely gorgeous with colorful floral arrangements and natural light streaming in from all directions. The mother of the groom, Beth, served as a fabulous coordinator and decorator and we were thrilled to be a part of such a relaxed and upscale event. It is always an honor to be included in milestone celebrations that mean this much to the clients we serve.

  • Braised Beef: in Veracruz chocolate mole
  • Salmon: grilled salmon in tequila-lime achiote sauce
