January 2016 Feature Menu: collard greens

This month, we are featuring collard greens in our specials. As winter settles in, the amount of locally sourced vegetables we can get diminishes, so we learn to appreciate those we still have. Collard greens are definitely one of them! They can be enjoyed a variety of ways which we are demonstrating here. This Chono red blend is a rich, velvety complement to both the potato & collards soup as well as the seafood crepes. Enjoy a bottle and toast to the new year!
