Boy we are having a good time tonight with the Foxhollow Farm Mayan Market Monday specials! Foxhollow, a biodynamic farm in Crestwood, has been one of our farm partners for years, and we are thrilled to be featuring them this evening! They recently started making 100% grass-fed beef hot dogs, so of course we had to be the first
restaurant to make a special with these little puppies (see picture below). We also made a refreshing chilled lemon cucumber-basil soup, as well as a lasagna with Foxhollow ground beef, kale, yellow squash & tomatoes. Everyone loved the specials and thoroughly enjoyed the goodie bags that the Foxhollow Farmers brought for our guests!
