We have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of spring and the abundance of greens and vegetables it brings. Spinach, arugula, radishes, chard, asparagus – these green and red veggies look like little miracles after the gray (and white!) winter we’ve had. Potatoes are great, but they do get old after so many months with no other variety. Our specials this May feature these fresh spring veggies. We have chosen a Spanish rose wine to pair with these light dishes. It’s perfect for a warm night on our patio. Enjoy!
